Our owner, Adam Fernsler, is a licensed Professional Engineer and business partner at Fernsler-Hutchinson Architecture, providing valuable technical expertise and leadership throughout the design and construction process. Brian, RT's lead estimator and project manager, brings over 20 years of experience with the company, offering detailed estimating, extensive construction knowledge, and hands-on project oversight. Our Design-Build Manager, Allan, brings more than 12 years of architectural design experience from Fernsler-Hutchinson Architecture, working closely with clients to help bridge the gap between design intent and construction documentation.

Equally important are our experienced field personnel, whose many years of hands-on construction experience are essential to every project's success. RT Contracting proudly self-performs general construction trades, allowing us to maintain greater control over workmanship, scheduling, and quality. From building projects from the ground up to managing daily jobsite operations, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, our field teams turn plans into reality.

Our long-standing relationships with trusted subcontractors are another key component of our success. Through years of working together, we have developed a reliable network of skilled trade professionals who share our commitment to quality, accountability, and timely project completion.
